Her Little Promises

Fashion, traveling-aka sharing all the little promises made for myself, with anyone who stumbles over this blog

I know I am not writing here anymore book reviews, but before going ahead with being off to a botanical garden, I would like to share with you in a few words (ok, a few sentences) my last reading experiences. First and foremost, I was dumbfounded by how great Girlboss by Sophia Amoruso is. It is a powerful book and made me realise how much commitment is put in an astonishing success, and  it has nothing to do with luck. I cannot wait to see the Netflix series, which I bet is as good as this book. The second one is by Patricia Gucci. Yes, it is by the love child of the famous Gucci emperor and it is entitled: In the Name of Gucci. The biographical details ensure you to see into this fashion empire and into the life of the Italian families. It is a more gripping reading than I had thought when I had started the first chapter. Parantheses closed.
My second love next to the galleries  are the greenhouses. This is the reason why I posted here so many pictures. This was planned to be a little jaunt to Jibou, to the Vasile Fati Botanical Garden. I think it is  among the most beautiful gardens in Romania. So you shan't miss it!  :)

A második szerelem a gallériák mellett, a pálmaházak, üvegházak. Ezért is posztoltam ide ilyen sok képet. Zsibón készültek, a Vasile Fati Botanikus Kertben. :)

My favorite spot was the hothouse because of the glasswall formed of triangles. I liked the lights in there, filtered through the traingles and how some trees pressed their leaves gently against the wall. It looked so intimate. Next to the greenhouse there was also a so-called vertical garden, aka cube-shaped buildings covered from the bottom the the roof with plants. Good spot to take new profile pictures.

This botanical garden is situated around  the Wesselényi Castle, a building who had already seen better times. It has a herb garden, a rustic one with some cigar trees, aka catalpa. On the other side of the botanical garden there is huge Japanese garden, even with a little symbolistic Fuji, rosarium and a tiny wildlife park, with deers and boars.
It was a lovely adventure, although it wasn't that adventurous. This botanical garden stores a lot of things for its visitors, so take your time, which means at least two-three hours, to visit this place.
Have a lovely Sunday afternoon and intrude in as many hothouses as you can!:D
