If you are a big macaron lover, just like me, you can`t go beside Chez Dodo,a macaron manufacture in central Pest. Everything looks good and tastes good. The enterieur and the packaging are very noteworthy and if you have a little time, savour it on the crib, just in front of the shop, on the pedestrian street near the St. Stephen`s Basilica. It is something of Hungarian Ladure.

        I am so pleased now that they have bigger boxes.:D Macarons are the perfect companions.  Dora, the owner always comes out with newbies. Some tastes good and others masterly. She makes the best macarons I have ever eaten. Each one is creamy inside, you can feel as the ganache melts in your mouth and your taste-buds open wide. My favorite one is with pistachio, but she has already made tea or pate flavoured, she even had for New Year rasberry flavoured fizzy candy put in it. Cool, isn`t it? If you have little time, I totally recommend you to follow the instagram feed and facebook home page, because she partakes with us the story of each macaron.

        Ha akkora macaron imádó vagy mint én, akkor nem mehetsz el Chez Dodo macaron manufaktúrája mellett, Pest központgubancában. Az ízvilág harmonizál a külsőségek által kiváltott közérzettel. Figyelemreméltó az enteriőr, akárcsak a csomagolás és hogyha van egy kis időd, fogyaszd el macaronod, kávéd a bolt előtt, a sétálóutcára nézve, nem messze a bazilikától. Ez a hely amolyan magyar Ladure.

          Hálás vagyok azért, hogy most már nagyobb dobozaik is vannak. A macaronok jelentik a tökéletes társaságot. Dóra, a tulajdonos mindig valami újdonsággal rukkol ki. Vannak amelyek íze kellemes, másoké mesterien kifinomult. Ő készíti a legjobb macaronokat, amelyeket valaha kostóltam. Mindenik krémes legbelül, érzed ahogyan a ganache elolvad a szádban és ízlelőbimbóid kitágulnak szélesre. Az én személyes kedvencem a pisztáciás, de vannak emellett teás és pástétomos ízesítésűek, valamint az új év alkalmából robbanós cukorkát rejtett el bennük, tűzijáték hatást keltve a szájban.
